Responsibilities
- Strategic horizontal expansion:
- Strategise and execute market penetration plans into each district and neighbourhood.
- Fuel Business Growth:
- Play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by identifying and pursuing new property market opportunities.
- Market Insights:
- Research market trends, identify partners, and provide valuable insights for refining strategies.
- Deal Evaluation:
- Analyze property potential, assessing profitability to guide strategic decisions.
- Relationship Building:
- Connect with property owners, nurture relationships, and negotiate win-win deals.
- Results Tracking:
- Set and exceed sales targets, regularly reporting progress to management.
- Closing Deals:
- Skillfully navigate negotiations, presenting compelling reasons for collaboration and sealing agreements.
Job Requirements
- Strong passion in the real estate / co-living or property tech industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate trends and investment principles.
- Effective Communicator - excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of negotiating and closing complex b2b deals.
- Manage, motivate and supervise team members.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive, results-oriented, and driven to excel.
- Ability to collaborate while also thriving independently.
- Strong curiosity to learn and improve.
- Does not mind traveling across HCMC (travel expenses claimable).
