Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Design Product Executive to lead our projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior design, demonstrating expertise in space planning, furniture selection, cost estimation, and project coordination. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities
1. Conceptualization and Design:
- Utilize your interior design expertise to conceptualize and propose creative design solutions for various spaces.
- Develop comprehensive design plans, considering aesthetics, functionality, and budget constraints.
2. Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
- Conduct detailed cost estimations for proposed design concepts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for investment.
3. Vendor Management:
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Source and coordinate the purchase of materials and furnishings, both locally and through online platforms.
4. Project Coordination:
- Oversee project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and team members to maintain project momentum.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure designs are executed as planned and meet established standards.
6. Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project.
- Implement effective solutions to ensure project continuity and success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design project management
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and furnishings.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in budgeting and cost estimation.
- Familiarity with online procurement platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
