Occupancy Growth Executive
Job Description:
The Occupancy Growth Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing occupancy rates in our managed properties. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in demand generation and partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with both Marketing team and Sales teams to ensure our buildings are fully occupied and new opportunities are continuously identified and pursued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Occupancy Targets:
- Achieve 70% occupancy within 2 months for all new buildings.
- Push average occupancy to 85% across all buildings in collaboration with the Sales & Retention team.
2. Sales Channels:
- Establish at least one effective sales channel (e.g., agents, internal sales, partnerships) for each new building.
3. Pricing Strategy:
- Develop pricing and promotion strategies to drive bookings and occupancy.
- Conduct pricing research to guide monthly price optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property management will prefer
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Salary Package:
฿ 20,000.00 - 40,000.00 (Thai Baht)
