Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Lead
Job Description:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Lead to join our growing team. He/she will take charge of all aspect of talent acquisition and employer branding.
As the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding lead, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans to ensure LiveIns employer branding is well position in the market, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department to ensure LiveIn recruit the best talent as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
Employer Branding
- Develop an employer brand strategy and value proposition that aligns with company goals and culture
- Creating engaging content about the company culture, work environment, and employee experiences
- Building strong relationships with potential candidates and creating talent pipelines
- Organizing and participating in job fairs, career events and other promotional activities
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of employer branding strategies and campaigns
- Collaborating with Marketing and HR team to ensure alignment between the employer brand and the company's overall brand
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
- Able to demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve recruitment goals.
- Strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with the organization's business objectives.
- Expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline.
- Experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
- Possess data-driven and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
