• Horizontal expansion : Lead the charge in planning and executing horizontal expansion initiatives across the bustling landscape of Ho Chi Minh City. Your moves will determine the next strategic locations for LiveIn's growth.
• Neighborhood penetration : Dive deep into each neighborhood, uncovering its unique character and potential. Your insights will drive the penetration plan for our entry and ensure we seamlessly integrate with the local community.
• Strategic planning : Craft a comprehensive view of each neighborhood, identifying key opportunities and challenges. Your strategic blueprint will pave the way for successful expansion into new territories.
• Negotiate and close deals : Forge strong partnerships with landlords in planned neighborhoods, leveraging your negotiation prowess to secure optimal terms.
• Pipeline Building : Continuously cultivate a pipeline of high-quality landlords, ensuring our team has the resources needed to meet ambitious expansion targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant industry, with a deep understanding of the real estate and co-living landscape.
