Owner Engagement Executive
Job Description:
- Manage maintenance requests
- Coordinate with Concierge for electrical and water issues
- Reconcile non-rental revenue and owner payouts with Finance
- Receive and log maintenance requests from owners.
- Assign requests to appropriate contractors or service providers.
- Monitor the progress of repairs and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up with owners to confirm satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Concierge Team to schedule and oversee electrical and water repairs.
- Ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Track and document all repairs and maintenance activities.
- Collect and verify non-rental revenue data from various sources.
- Reconcile revenue data with expenses and owner payouts.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to Finance.
- Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of owner payouts.
