Owner Engagement Executive

 Job Description:

  • Manage maintenance requests
  • Coordinate with Concierge for electrical and water issues
  • Reconcile non-rental revenue and owner payouts with Finance 
  • Receive and log maintenance requests from owners.
  • Assign requests to appropriate contractors or service providers.
  • Monitor the progress of repairs and ensure timely completion.
  • Follow up with owners to confirm satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the Concierge Team to schedule and oversee electrical and water repairs.
  • Ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Track and document all repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Collect and verify non-rental revenue data from various sources.
  • Reconcile revenue data with expenses and owner payouts.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to Finance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of owner payouts.
