Supporting the Content & Campaigns Manager, you will play a key role in shaping creative direction while mentoring a Junior Graphic Designer to deliver work of the highest standard.

Your Mission
As Creative Lead, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the full creative process, from concept through to production. Working closely with the Content & Campaigns Manager, you will develop design proposals, create engaging campaigns, and deliver high-quality digital and print materials that meet strategic objectives. Youll also oversee the work and development of a Junior Graphic Designer, ensuring their workload is well managed and their skills continue to flourish.
Your day-to-day will include liaising with colleagues to understand project needs, advising on style and production, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead on developing innovative digital campaigns across web, social, and email, while also producing impactful offline assets such as signage, presentations, and printed collateral. Central to your mission will be safeguarding and evolving the brand identity, ensuring consistency and creativity in everything you produce.
Key Competencies

Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Creative Design.

At least two years experience working in a creative design role.

Skilled in Photoshop and Illustrator, with competence in both Mac and PC environments.

Strong knowledge of typography, layout, branding, and image manipulation.

Ability to interpret and deliver across a wide range of briefs.

Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Offer Details
Salary: £31,537 per annum
Location: Cheshire West and Chester (with flexibility to travel across sites)
Working Pattern: Office-based with flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends
