This role provides an opportunity to make high levels of commission without cold calling.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of customers and guiding them successfully through our customer journey.
You will be targeted with growing those customers in both product count and revenue, ensuring the customer remains with us for life. The role provides an opportunity to make high levels of commission without cold calling. Every day can be different with a variety of tasks, you could be; negotiating a customers renewal, resolving objections, selling a new contract, or dealing with a complex query.
This role will give you the opportunity to build lasting customer relationships with a high earning potential.

What you will be doing:
You'll be working Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. You will be
- Manage and improve relationships with a specific group of customers.
- Renewing customers contracts and looking to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Manage customers journey successfully to ensure high live rates and customer retention.
- Cross-selling additional products and services to the customers you manage.
- Investigate and resolve objections.
- To contribute to improving the businesss live rate.
- Deal with queries or issues on your customers behalf with suppliers.
What you need:
· Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills are integral to the role.
· A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Minimum 12 months experience in the B2B energy market.
· A firm understanding of the energy industry.
