What you will be doing:

You'll be working Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. You will be talking to potential customers throughout the UK about the many different value services we offer.

  • The purpose of this role is to complete outbound B2B cold calling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across the UK with an aim to assist them with their energy management needs, offering bespoke solutions to save customers money, time and reduce their carbon footprint.
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients
  • Provide high levels of internal and external customer care and bring to the attention of your manager any problems that arise on an ongoing basis
  • Be responsible for and manage a calling strategy industry and geographical
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders alike
  • Present a supportive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude towards the job, the company, and your colleagues.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with the role

What we want:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales-driven environment. (Energy Industry experience is preferred).
  • Motivated, resilient, hardworking, driven and relationship-focused with a thick skin.
