Your Mission:

In this pivotal role, you will handle a broad array of corporate tasks, primarily focusing on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures, investments, shareholder agreements, and general corporate governance advice. The role promises early exposure to market-leading transactions and the opportunity to work closely with high-quality clients and knowledgeable colleagues. For those with greater experience, responsibilities will include managing your own transactions and contributing significantly to the development and expansion of the corporate team. Collaboration and team involvement are key, and maintaining strong, effective relationships within the firm and with clients will be essential.


Key Competencies:

  • Proven transactional experience in corporate law with a commercial approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage complex transactions independently (applicable for candidates with higher PQE).
  • Strong team player qualities with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ PQE
