Your Mission
Your mission is to take full ownership of sales administration processes within a growing portfolio. You will ensure the smooth flow of operations by expertly managing a variety of internal procedures from processing order forms and performing accuracy checks, to coordinating submissions and maintaining precise records within the CRM system. Your eye for detail and proactive communication will be key as you liaise with both internal teams and external partners to verify information and address any challenges that arise.

Working closely with our sales team, you'll help customers maximise their use of our products and services. This includes guiding clients through service upgrades, introducing new offerings, and onboarding new customers keen on sustainable solutions. You will handle customer bookings, ensuring appointments are well-planned and clearly documented within our engineering CRM system to support our field engineers effectively. Additionally, your input will help shape this newly formed department bringing forward ideas, refining procedures, and directly contributing to its long-term success.
