Your Mission
In this role, your primary mission will be to enhance and expand the commercial property portfolio, engaging with clients and handling a variety of legal matters with confidence and professionalism. You will establish new business relationships and deliver exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the firms success. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is adept at seeing tasks through to completion and working to deadlines. You will collaborate closely with a team of legal professionals, supporting all aspects of commercial property transactions and operations, driven by a proactive, can-do attitude.
Key Competencies
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer: With 0-5 years PQE in commercial property law.
- Client Interaction: Confidence in client interactions, with an ability to establish and grow business relations.
- Team Collaboration: Essential teamwork skills to work effectively within the commercial property department.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities for both internal and external coordination.
- Organizational Prowess: Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
