We are delighted to represent our client in offering an opportunity to join their team as a Senior Conveyancer within the Residential Conveyancing Department. This role is based in Hartlepool and reports directly to the Head of Private Client. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, supervising and developing Conveyancing Paralegals and Assistants. This position is crucial in ensuring that clients receive top-tier advice and assistance in all residential conveyancing matters.

Your Mission
As a Senior Conveyancer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions. This includes providing comprehensive advice and assistance to clients, investigating titles, and overseeing the preparation of contracts, reports on searches, mortgage reports, and transfers. You will manage regular file updates and ensure clients, solicitors, and estate agents are kept informed. Your role also involves supervising and mentoring Conveyancing Paralegals and Assistants, ensuring their work meets high standards. Additionally, you will handle non-standard correspondence and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as money laundering and data protection.
