We are delighted to represent our client in offering an opportunity to join their team as a Compliance Analyst within a reputable and expanding utilities consultancy. As a Compliance Analyst, you will ensure that all sales data processes are seamless, from initial sale through to supplier verification. This role is vital to the companys commitment to minimising potential risk, safeguarding satisfaction across the business, and maintaining client and stakeholder trust. You will play a crucial role in auditing, liaising with sales and energy suppliers, and upholding compliance standards.

Your Mission

In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and reviewing all sales information, ensuring it aligns with compliance standards. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Teams to resolve any issues that arise and maintain precise company records. A proactive approach to identifying quality and risk issues is essential, as is the ability to conduct pre- and post-sale audits, which may include listening to calls and reviewing emails. You will manage confidential information securely and learn to navigate various database systems. Additionally, youll work with energy suppliers to confirm that all contract and customer data is accurate.

Key Competencies

  • Proven experience in an administration role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills, especially in high-pressure sales settings.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to manage multiple Outlook inboxes simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to meet business needs.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Strong multitasking skills.

Offer Details

  • Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus.
