This established and fast-growing Utilities Consultancy, based in Houghton-le-Spring, is dedicated to delivering exceptional service in data management and support. As a Business Administrator, you will play a key role in enhancing the sales journey by ensuring precise data processing and facilitating seamless communication with suppliers and stakeholders. This role is essential in identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.

Your Mission
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering essential information from suppliers, ensuring that all necessary details are collected promptly and accurately via email and phone follow-ups. You will maintain and create spreadsheets, handle data entry, and perform meter checks with an eye for precision. By managing these crucial tasks, youll contribute significantly to the teams overall effectiveness in a high-paced sales setting. Additionally, youll support ad-hoc requests as needed, making flexibility and a proactive approach key to your success.
Key Competencies
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a high-pressure sales environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- High proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage multiple Outlook mailboxes effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptable and skilled in multi-tasking to suit business needs.
