We are delighted to represent our client in offering an opportunity to join their team as a Customer Journey Coordinator. Based in Houghton-le-Spring, this established and fast-growing utilities consultancy is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to its expanding customer base. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth transitions to live contracts for customers, building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers while exploring potential business opportunities.
Youll be integral to maintaining and improving live rates across all suppliers, ensuring issues are resolved proactively and efficiently. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values both professional growth and a balanced work-life environment.

Your Mission
Your key responsibilities will include driving improvements in live rates for all suppliers. You will proactively engage with customers and suppliers from contract lock-in to go-live, addressing and resolving any challenges that arise to ensure a seamless process. Building and nurturing relationships is central to this role, as you provide guidance and advice to meet and exceed customer expectations.
