Systems Engineer (Control Engineering)

My client is a well-funded, stable electronics engineering company with outstanding links to top academic institutions. They are working with advanced scientific technologies, developing products to make the world a safer and easier place. 

They are looking for a Systems Engineer from a control engineering background to take a higher-level role in development of the product. Required experience includes:

* Experience designing and developing board-level electronics systems * Previous systems-level experience in control engineering * Understanding of PLL and PiD * understanding of electro-mechanics * MATLAB/SIMULINK modelling * FPGAs for prototyping * DSP algorithms * Embedded C and/or C++ * Both team and project management, which is an integral part of the position
