Who We Are

We are a Kelowna based, general contractor with over 15 years of experience delivering commercial, multi-family, and single-family projects across the Okanagan Valley. Since our inception we've completed numerous commercial and institutional projects and more than 500 residential properties.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the project for all stakeholders. The Project Manager is based out of our Kelowna head office and reports to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Managers main responsibilities are:

  • Overall planning and execution of Multi-Family and Commercial projects.
  • Building, coaching and mentoring project team
  • Tendering, contracting and monitoring progress of subcontracted work
  • Ensuring our Safety and Quality standards are followed by all

Who you are

  • An approachable, self-motivated individual that is eager to learn and innovate, passionate about building.
  • Formal education in a relevant field such as Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture/Design.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience managing multi-family projects
  • Local trade relationships
  • Experience implementing lean construction methods on projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft apps including: Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Experience using Procore software an asset.
  • Experience using Bluebeam
  • Interest and capabilities to build new standards and processes

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

Bonus pay: up to 15% of base salary
