We're partnering with a leading furniture retailer to conduct a search for an energetic and motivated Customer Administrator. Position Details:
Title: Customer Administrator
Location: Clifton Park, NY Area (on-site role)
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and assist with inquiries
- Process customer payments and run credit applications
- Schedule deliveries and pickups
- Enter payments into Excel and complete administrative tasks
- Support the team in delivering a positive and professional customer experience

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- 40-hour workweek (including weekends) or weekend-only schedules available
No prior customer service experience is required were looking for someone passionate about creating positive experiences for customers.
