We're partnering with a leading furniture retailer to conduct a search for an energetic and motivated Customer Administrator. If you enjoy working with people and want to join a supportive team environment, this could be a great opportunity. Part-time weekend-only candidates will also be considered.

Position Details:

Title: Customer Administrator

Location: Clifton Park, NY Area (on-site role)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and assist with inquiries

  • Process customer payments and run credit applications
  • Schedule deliveries and pickups
  • Enter payments into Excel and complete administrative tasks
  • Support the team in delivering a positive and professional customer experience

Qualifications:

  • High-energy, people-first attitude

  • Coachable and eager to learn

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Basic computer and math skills

  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and retail holidays

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

  • Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee discounts, paid time off, and more
  • 40-hour workweek (including weekends) or weekend-only schedules available

No prior customer service experience is required were looking for someone passionate about creating positive experiences for customers.
