We are partnering with a global leader in engineered composite pipe systems that provides advanced solutions to the Oil & Gas, Water, Industrial, and Infrastructure sectors. With a strong global presence and a growing footprint in the Kingdom, we are looking to hire a Sales Manager based in Riyadh.
This is a senior-level, field-based position focused on driving business development, managing client accounts, and growing sales in the region.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong relationships with existing and target customers in Riyadh and surrounding areas

Identify and convert new business opportunities, particularly within EPCs and project-driven environments

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, proposals, and bids through to closing contracts

Conduct technical presentations and discussions to position solutions with clients

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to shape sales strategy

Visit project sites to strengthen customer relationships and understand product applications

Participate in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows to promote solutions

Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Project, Delivery, Finance, and Supply Chain teams

Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates on market activity

Ensure compliance with company QHSE policies and practices
Qualifications & Experience

Saudi Nationals Only
-
Bachelor's degree in engineering
5-10 years of experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within pipes, oil & gas, or related industrial sectors

Strong technical background with the ability to present and explain solutions effectively

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
