Mechanical Maintenance Manager - Residential

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Manager – Residential with extensive maintenance leadership experience for our client in Kuwait.

Position Overview:
The Mechanical Maintenance Manager – Residential will lead maintenance planning, execution, and reliability programs for drilling and support equipment while managing residential maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Management:

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Develop maintenance strategies and optimize equipment reliability.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Control maintenance budgets and contractor performance.

Reliability & Asset Management:

• Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Ensure critical spare parts availability and inventory optimization.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and certification records.
• Participate in audits and inspections.

Leadership:

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams.
• Mentor personnel and develop technical competencies.
• Foster collaboration across departments and contractors.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of maintenance experience in drilling, heavy equipment, or oil and gas operations.
• At least 3 years in a maintenance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, reliability engineering, and CMMS systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
