We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Agent to join our client's Centre of Excellence based in Beirut. This role involves executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's global brand presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing trends, data-driven decision-making, and effective communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, search engines, email, and more).
- Creating and curating high-quality content, including posts, blogs, and visuals, tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to identify trends and optimize strategies for better engagement and ROI.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with broader company goals.
- Managing the company's website, ensuring up-to-date content and SEO optimization.
- Engaging with audiences through social media and other digital channels to grow brand awareness and foster connections.
- Staying current on digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Required Skills / Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Skills / Qualification
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with A/B testing, lead generation, and nurturing campaigns.
- Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones.
- Additional language skills in Arabic, French, or Spanish are advantageous.
