We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing, Sales, and Business Development Associate to join our client's center of excellence based in Beirut. This hybrid role combines digital marketing expertise with traditional marketing, sales outreach, and business development activities. The ideal candidate will help expand the company's global client base, strengthen brand visibility, generate and nurture leads, and support the Executive Leadership Team in preparing and presenting pitches to potential clients.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about both digital marketing and direct client engagement.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, search engines, email, and professional networks (such as LinkedIn) including developing copyright material for LinkedIn platform intended to establish online presence and increase following.
  • Creating and curating engaging written and visual content that supports the company's global brand strategy.
  • Monitoring analytics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies aimed at lead generation and brand growth.
  • Supporting traditional marketing initiatives such as brochures, presentations, proposals, and event-related materials.
  • Working with brand ambassadors, partner networks, and internal stakeholders to generate, track, and follow up on leads.
  • Conducting outreach to prospective clients, including initiating contact, scheduling introductions, and maintaining communication throughout the lead development cycle.
  • Preparing pitch decks and marketing materials tailored to client needs and industry requirements.
  • Presenting pitch materials to potential clients and participating in introductory or follow-up meetings.
  • Coordinating with the company's Executive Leadership Team to arrange meetings, prepare briefing notes, structure presentations, and support proposal development.
  • Maintaining an organized pipeline of prospects, opportunities, and marketing activities, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely reporting.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends in digital marketing, compliance, and legal services to support continuous improvement of SNLs growth strategy.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Required Skills / Qualification
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of combined experience in digital marketing, marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in a multinational environment).
  • Proficiency in digital tools including Google Analytics, AdWords, social media platforms, and CRM/lead management systems.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and lead-generation strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to create clear marketing material and deliver presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, conduct outreach, and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and prepare actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills / Qualification
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking workflows.
  • Experience working with brand ambassadors or external partners.
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience preparing pitch decks and presenting to prospective clients.
  • Previous work with international teams across multiple time zones.
  • Additional language skills in Arabic, French, or Spanish.
