We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Wellhead Isolation Tool Supervisor to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Position Overview: As a Wellhead Isolation Tool Supervisor you will oversee and manage operations involving high-pressure pumping, wellhead pressure control, and isolation systems in hydraulic fracturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of wellhead isolation tool deployments, including planning, execution, and post-job reviews.
  • Lead and supervise field teams in the execution of Tree Saver operations and high-pressure isolation activities.
  • Coordinate with frac and flowback crews to ensure proper equipment interface and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all pressure control equipment is tested, maintained, and compliant with safety and operational standards.
  • Conduct job safety analysis (JSA) and risk assessments prior to and during field operations.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and best practices for wellhead isolation processes.
  • Mentor, train, and assess performance of leads, and operators.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for troubleshooting complex technical issues related to high-pressure pumping and wellhead systems.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed job documentation, including pressure charts, isolation records, and maintenance logs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of 10+ years in wellhead isolation tool operations, including leadership roles such as Supervisor, Lead, or Operator or similar.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Tree Saver Operations and Wellhead Pressure Control.
  • Proven expertise in High-Pressure Pumping Isolation techniques and safety protocols.
  • Strong understanding of flowback operations, frac equipment, and system interfacing requirements.
  • Recent experience in hydraulic fracturing operations environments particularly in North America and/or in the Middle East.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
