QHSE Manager - Residential

We are seeking a QHSE Manager – Residential with extensive oil and gas industry experience for our client in Kuwait.

Position Overview:
The QHSE Manager – Residential will lead and manage all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs to ensure safe and compliant operations across drilling and support facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

QHSE Management:

• Develop, implement, and maintain integrated QHSE management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor QHSE performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and response programs are maintained.

Training & Awareness:

• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Deliver QHSE training and competency development programs.
• Ensure personnel comply with safe work practices.

Leadership:

• Lead QHSE teams and coordinate with operational departments.
• Interface with regulatory authorities, clients, and contractors.
• Prepare QHSE reports and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of QHSE experience within drilling, oil & gas, or heavy industrial operations.
• At least 3 years in a QHSE leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and management systems.
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
