Our Tokyo office is expanding and we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our client portfolio in the Japanese market.
現在、東京オフィスの事業拡大に伴い、日本市場でのクライアント開拓を担うビジネスディベロップメントマネージャーを募集しております。

Key Responsibilities

主な業務内容

Develop and expand new business opportunities with corporate clients in Japan.
日本国内における企業クライアントの新規開拓およびビジネス拡大。

Promote Link Compliances recruitment, HR consulting, and EOR solutions to multinational companies.
多国籍企業に対し、当社の人材紹介、HRコンサルティング、EORサービスの提案営業を行う。

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and HR leaders.
企業の意思決定者や人事責任者との長期的な関係構築および維持。

Collaborate with regional teams across Asia-Pacific to deliver tailored workforce solutions.
アジア太平洋地域の各拠点チームと連携し、顧客ニーズに応じた人材ソリューションを提供。

Identify market trends and support strategic growth initiatives in Japan.
日本市場の動向を分析し、事業拡大のための戦略立案をサポート。

Requirements

応募資格

Native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or above).
日本語能力試験N1以上、またはネイティブレベルの日本語能力。

Business-level English communication skills.
ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力。

3–8 years of experience in business development, recruitment, consulting, or B2B sales.
ビジネス開発、リクルートメント、コンサルティング、または法人営業における3～8年の経験。

Strong understanding of the Japanese corporate environment and HR market is preferred.
日本企業のビジネス環境や人材市場への理解がある方歓迎。

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
高いコミュニケーション能力および顧客関係構築能力。
