Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in the region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong background in business development and a passion for global business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Networking and Outreach: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our market presence and generate new leads.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business development initiatives.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the human resource services or related industry.
