Now we're seeking a talented graphic designer store based with sketching skills to join their store in Japan.

working location: Osaka Japan

reporting line: store manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilise artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience
• Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the company's brand and values
• Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customisation options
• Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customised customer service
• Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'
• Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information
• Strictly follow company's procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation
• Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed
• Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out)

Job Requirements:

• Possess an artistic skillset - Skillset needs to be elevated and demonstrate a level of craftsmanship
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
