Job Description:

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Perform requirements analysis.
• Document and communicate requirements, analysis, and user acceptance tests.
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Maintain competitive market knowledge.

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in business or a related field, or an MBA.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis within the Multifinance industry.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
