We are representing a Real Estate Management Software Product company located at Bangsar South, Selangor. This is a full time perm role with the product company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical team in completing the tasks given from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Work closely with project manager in providing technical guidance and support.
• Understand and communicate complex technical concepts and requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements in ICT and digital transformation.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Web & Apps Developer or similar role.
  
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Required Skill(s): PHP、MYSQL、APACHE、MEMCACHE、LINUX、NGINX、REDIS、LARAVEL and SWOOLE
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and management.
• Analytical, computer, math and problem-solving skills to be able to use software and to explain the software.
• Organisational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish.
• Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully.
