Due to our business expansion, were now hiring a Regional HR Consultant (EOR & HR Services) in Kuala Lumpur.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work closely with EOR partners, insurance providers, and vendors to support regional HR operations and employee benefits services
• Coordinate and improve EOR-related workflows and HR processes across internal teams
• Support regional employee benefits renewal and implementation projects
• Manage HR-related projects independently, including client onboarding and benefits setup
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients regarding EOR services
• Analyze reports and HR data to improve operational efficiency and service quality

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates from customer service, hospitality, retail, coordination, or administrative backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented personality
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn are highly valued
• Experience in HR projects or regional HR operations is a plus
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Regional travel may occasionally be required
