Human Resources Manager
Job Description:
A Listed China Toy company is now setting up Philippine company and seeking applications for an enthusiastic human resources manager to join their team. The human resources manager will report to country management and will be responsible for the following, including but not limited to:
-Responsible for the employee lifecycle; including recruitment and selection, performance management and reviews, training; and employment terminations.
-Liaise with overseas office for the tasks of setting up the new company
-Admin support to the management team (including drafting correspondence & documents, attending meetings, and taking notes, assisting in the implementation of new processes and procedures)
The successful candidate will have:
-Speaking , Filipino, and English will be preferred
-More than 2-5 years experience in a similar role. Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline and experience.
-Proven ability to multitask, organise and prioritise tasks.
-Proven ability to be flexible and resourceful, proactive, and professional in a manner with a high degree of self-motivation.
-Problem solving abilities and have strong Microsoft Office and Excel.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong customer service focus, as well as the willingness to continually learn about the business.
-Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
