Job Description:

• Manage and monitor all tasks within the Infrastructure & Database team.
• Understand primary customer business needs, particularly for infrastructure & database, and develop long-term targets.
• Assist in planning and supporting individual development to enable team members to fulfill current or future job responsibilities more effectively.
• Lead the team and make accountable decisions.
• Analyze team performance, both financial and non-financial.
• Provide recommendations and optimal solutions for client cloud infrastructure needs.
• Execute infrastructure implementation projects and monitor to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

• IT or related degree.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Solution Architect, Infrastructure Consultant, or Database Consultant.
• At least 5 years of experience leading a team as a Project Manager and/or Department Head.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a leader handling budget planning and monitoring.
• Proficiency in cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), Linux, networking, and security.
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud or non-cloud architecture.
• Experience in designing and implementing application infrastructure.
• Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL databases.
• Skilled in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong logical problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in delivering presentations and workshops.
