Our client is an AI Driven Technology (SAAS) company with that provides Transport Smart Solutions for client in Japan, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia & Vietnam.

About the Opportunity:

• Opportunity to work with multinational members from 10 countries around the world, mainly from Singapore.
• Projects that solve transportation and logistics issues caused by the declining birthrate and aging population, which is a social issue in Japan.

• Management-related matters such as the operational policy of the project management team at the Japanese subsidiary that will expand in the future.
• You will be able to discuss project patterns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support for the introduction of a delivery route optimization system for logistics
• Proposal and implementation of solutions to issues in implementation
• Creation and management of system implementation schedules
• Initial settings for the application system
• Training planning and execution of applications and systems
• Post-implementation operation support
• Responding to customer inquiries, submitting reports, proposing service improvements, etc.
• Analyzed and identified problems related to system operation in Japan, and proposed and resolved them to the Singapore team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Fluent Japanese and business English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Experienced in sales (corporate/individual)
• Well organized and Process-oriented
• Attentive to details
• Ability to multi-task projects

Work Location:

Remote, Work from Home. OR Office is located at Shibuya-ku , Tokyo (3 times per week)
