Our client is one of the universities located in Central Java.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all operations and services align with the strategic objectives of the university and the Foundation.
• Efficiently manage organizational resources, including budget management, cost control, and optimal resource allocation to achieve the Foundation's goals.
• Develop, refine, and implement efficient and effective operational processes for the university in accordance with the Foundation's directives.
• Oversee and make decisions related to the daily operations.
• Supervise the administrative and operational functions of the university daily, reporting directly to the Foundation.
• Act as the Foundation's liaison to the university, conveying policies, regulations, and expectations.
• Address organizational issues through operational domains such as communication, collaboration, improvisation, recruitment, operational analysis, and strategy implementation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Masters degree (S2) in management or a related field in education.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the education sector (preferably in a university), or a minimum of 2 years as a COO.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
• Proven ability to be a reliable and effective leader.
• Willing to be placed in Solo Raya.
