We are representing a listed and recognise China Toy Company in the Philippines to search for a Logistic Specialist to join their Philippines team. 

Job Duties: 
1) Responsible for the supply of goods from Shop, Supplier and/or third party channel, ensuring the arrival time of goods and counting the number of arrivals, improving the order fulfilment rate and timely delivery rate.
2) Responsible for supervision and management of daily operation of the warehouse, KPI assessment, handling of abnormal situations, development and implementation of improvement plans, prevention of malicious inventory, and analysis and reporting of various data such as turnover rate, storage rate, breakage rate, etc.
3) Follow up and handle customs clearance-related matters in a timely manner, analyse data during transportation and delivery to identify bottlenecks and other problems
4) To ensure the balance of supply and demand and to achieve the various task targets of the department, to develop improvement strategies, and to optimize processes and system functions. 
5) Working with the team to complete other related tasks

Job Requirements: 
1) A degree in supply chain management, logistics, business-related, or 3+ years of experience in a supply chain/sales-related field. 
2) Inventory management and commodity management experience is preferred.
3) Have a good understanding of supply chain processes and a good understanding of relevant analytical software and ERP systems. 
4) Proficiency in both English and Tagalog
