 Job Description:

Responsible for achieving sales, revenue, and profitability targets within the South Korea market. Drive business growth across Distribution, Retail, E-Commerce, and Project channels for premium bathroom, wellness, and lifestyle solutions through effective market development, brand positioning, product assortment management, pricing strategies, channel expansion, and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Management

  • Lead and execute sales strategies for the South Korea market to support overall business growth and revenue objectives.
  • Develop and expand business opportunities across sanitary ware, bathroom solutions, wellness products, and premium interior living segments.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning and business expansion.
  • Effectively communicate the company's premium brand value and product proposition to dealers, partners, influencers, architects, designers, and end users.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and new product developments within the bathroom, wellness, and interior solutions industry.
  • Contribute to annual business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Provide weekly sales forecasts and market updates.

2. Dealer & Distribution Management

  • Monitor and support distributors and dealers to ensure achievement of sales targets and operational standards.
  • Conduct regular showroom visits to review product displays, branding consistency, merchandising standards, and new product implementation.
  • Ensure showroom presentation aligns with premium lifestyle and bathroom retail standards.
  • Perform quarterly stock reviews and collaborate with partners to optimize inventory levels and reduce slow-moving stock.
  • Organize product and sales training sessions for showroom and dealer staff.
  • Identify operational risks or challenges faced by partners and work with management on improvement plans.
  • Track and review sales performance and budget achievement on a weekly and monthly basis.

3. Project Sales Development & Pipeline Management

  • Generate new business opportunities and develop direct relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with developers, architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
  • Drive specification sales for residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury development projects.
  • Track projects from specification stage through tender and final delivery.
  • Ensure product specifications are maintained throughout project lifecycle transitions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.

4. Market Intelligence & Industry Engagement

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities within the premium bathroom and wellness sector.
  • Provide management with insights regarding customer preferences and emerging market demands.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, design fairs, and networking activities to strengthen market presence and business relationships.

5. Quotation, Order Management & Customer Support

  • Prepare and submit commercial and technical quotations in a timely manner.
  • Support negotiations with key customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to secure order conversion.
  • Coordinate product presentations and sample reviews with customers and influencers.
  • Manage purchase order processing and provide forecasts to supply chain teams.
  • Coordinate stock availability, shipment arrangements, and delivery schedules with internal teams and distribution partners.
  • Escalate and resolve issues related to order fulfilment or shipment delays.
