Who you are:
A bright and highly creative individual with a passion for visual design, who can quickly interpret briefs and manage demanding and changing deadlines to a high standard. You will bring energy and a great attitude to a variety of projects. You're skilled with software like Sketch, Adobe CS, Figma etc
Main Purpose of the Role:
The Junior UX Designer are responsible for helping to conceptualise and design beautiful, usable and engaging experiences. They have a great understanding of UX principles and are able to support the Senior UX Designer to successfully translate the business needs into impeccable user-centred experiences. They are able to support the UI team in times of need.
They will be working with some of the world's leading luxury brands to bring their voice to life through engaging experiences and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Be a key part of the design team working under the supervision of the Senior UX Designer and Associate Creative Director
Support the Senior UX Designers to help driving thoughtful design decisions and to bring user journeys to life including personas, sitemaps, sketches, process flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Support and facilitate discovery and creative workshops with key stakeholders
Work with members of the analytics team to understand users trends and insights
Conduct latest trends and best-in-class research
Conduct Heuristic Analysis to highlight usability problems
Conduct competitor research to better understand prevalent interaction designs/solutions

Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed
Fair understanding of data science tools to deliver insight-driven recommendations
Requirements
UX portfolio of user-centred design case studies
Experience in working with a mix of digital platforms and for an array of different industries
Minimum 1/2 years Agency experience

Technical skills / software
Must-Have
Fluency in industry software including Sketch, Adobe CS, InVision, DSM
Knowledge of A/B testing platforms, Hotjar/UXCam and similar, Google Analytics for data-driven design
Nice to Have
Experience designing for leading eCommerce platforms such as, Magento 2, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Salesforce
Experience with Harvest and Asana
