Position Summary:

The Market Assistant CFO directs market finance activities to align with the organization's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee market finance department activities.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies.
• Provide financial analysis to leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (Required)
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Preferred)
• CPA License (Preferred)
• 5+ years of for-profit hospital experience
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
