Key Responsibilities
Craft compelling narratives
- Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging stories tailored to biotech and pharma audiences.
- Collaborate with scientists, designers, and subject‑matter experts to develop brochures, white papers, web content, videos, and more.
- Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing initiatives that enhance Pharmaron's brand, strengthen market positioning, and generate measurable ROI.
- Work closely with digital marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Monitor campaign metrics, identify trends, and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.
If joining at the Director level, you will:
- Own the marketing strategy for designated service lines, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and execute long‑term strategic marketing plans spanning content, campaigns, events, and brand positioning.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and drive data‑informed decision-making to optimize outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
- Act as a strategic leader who shapes how Pharmaron is perceived across the global drug discovery community.
Scientific Background
- Masters Degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacology, veterinary medicine, or a related discipline. PhD preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on drug discovery experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO environments.
- Required: Experience in a CRO-facing role, marketing, or B2B scientific sales.
- Preferred: Familiarity with SEO, AI‑assisted content generation tools, and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills-able to simplify complex science for diverse audiences.
- Passion to work in a creative environment
- Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of scientific and marketing trends.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
