Avante Care & Support is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (active NMC PIN) to join our Quality Team in a senior, influential role.
Reporting to the Quality Director, you’ll lead on clinical governance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance across our residential services — driving improvement, managing risk and supporting nursing leaders to deliver consistently high standards of care.
We’re looking for:
✔ Strong residential nursing experience
✔ In-depth knowledge of CQC & clinical governance
✔ Confident leadership and ability to work autonomously
🚗 Essential car user role | Enhanced DBS required
