Role Summary
We are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to join our team, providing services for a large, well-established client based in Northampton (NN17). The role involves one day per week on-site at this client location, with any otherremaining days worked remotely. This position is open to part-time hours (7.5 -22.5 hours per week) and full time (37.5 hours per week). 1 permanent one day a week contract may be considered to accomodate the onsite work in NN17.
The client operates within a large industrial sector and has a strong focus on employee health, safety, and wellbeing. This role will involve a mixture of case management and health surveillance, though full days of case management are very unlikely. When managing cases, these will be around 45 minutes per case, giving a varied and manageable workload.
In this role, you will deliver health surveillance, assessments, and fitness-for-work advice, supporting the client's Occupational Health requirements and helping employees maintain their health and performance. While previous Occupational Health experience isn't required, you will need to be confident in physiotherapy or clinical skills, as training and support will be provided.

Who Are We Looking For?
- You will need to be a Registered General Nurse with previous experience in Occupational Health, as an Occupational Health Advisor.
- An Occupational Health Nursing qualification is desirable but not essential
- Current NMC Registration
- Case management experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
- Ability to travel to client site where required on a weekly basis.
