At Practice Plus Group, we believe in delivering exceptional care that’s accessible, efficient, and patient-focused. In North West London our Clinical Assessment Service plays a vital role in supporting patients across the region—providing timely, expert clinical advice and directing them to the most appropriate care pathway.
As a General Practitioner, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team working within a telephone and digital triage environment. Making safe, evidence-based decisions to direct patients to appropriate services, including self-care, primary care, urgent treatment centres, or emergency services.
Applying advanced clinical knowledge to assess undifferentiated presentations and manage risk effectively.
Supporting clinical governance, contributing to service development, and mentoring colleagues.

What we'll look for in you Fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration and relevant UK licence to practice.
Previous experience working in an Out of Hours setting is essential.
Proven experience using the Adastra clinical system for patient record management.
Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to manage a diverse and often complex caseload.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centred care aligned with Practice Plus Group’s values.
