About the Role

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic HCPC Registered Physiotherapists with expertise in Musculoskeletal (MSK), Neurology, or Respiratory care to join our team as freelance Clinical Student Facilitators. This role involves supporting healthcare students across a wide range of placements, including our innovative Virtual Student Placements.

As a Student Facilitator, you will:

• Deliver interactive sessions to physiotherapy students on placement, supporting their clinical learning and professional development.
  

• Provide specialised guidance and feedback to students on their clinical practice within MSK, Neuro, or Respiratory pathways.
  

• Liaise with university tutors and placement providers to ensure students receive the best possible learning experience.
  

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Current registration with the HCPC.
  

• Proven clinical experience in a Physiotherapy setting, specifically within MSK, Neurology, or Respiratory specialties.
  

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

• Commitment to delivering high-quality training and supporting student learning.
  

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience in delivering training or facilitating clinical learning.
  

• Understanding and experience of completing student CPAF documentation
  

• A teaching qualification or relevant postgraduate qualification.
