GxP Project Manager | London | Hybrid | £525 - £550 per day
We're working with a global biopharmaceutical specialist leading the way in life-saving therapies on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a heavy-hitting Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of critical IT systems and Salesforce-based health-tech solutions ahead of major commercial launches.
This is a high-impact, 12-month contract where you will navigate complex GxP environments and manage high-stakes digital transformations across a global landscape. You will be the glue connecting teams across the USA and Europe to ensure these pioneering medical treatments reach patients on time.
The Role

The Role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT project work-streams, managing the full lifecycle from discovery through to commercial country and product launch.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of GxP-compliant systems including Salesforce Health Cloud, Oracle EBS, AWS, and Sitecore platforms.
- Execute rigorous Computer System Validation (CSV) protocols and oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process across international product launches.
- Manage complex interdependencies, financial forecasting, and resource planning while reporting status and risk escalations at a program level.
- Orchestrate governance ceremonies including steering committees, status reviews, and agile stand-ups for geographically dispersed teams.
- A proven track record of delivering global, cross-functional projects specifically within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology sectors.
- Deep expertise in GxP projects and Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements for digital therapy and treatment services.
- Technical proficiency in managing projects involving Salesforce, Oracle EBS, and AWS cloud infrastructures.
- Strong leadership skills to manage diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones (USA/UK/Global) in a fast-paced, agile-working environment.
- Professional certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or an equivalent project management qualification.
- Competitive day rate of £525 - £550 (Inside IR35 via Umbrella).
