What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Review, negotiate, and execute a variety of research-related agreements, such as MTAs, DUAs, and NDAs
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals prior to finalizing agreements
• Collaborate with researchers to draft and negotiate appropriate agreements based on their work
• Draft and execute customized contracts for non-standard situations
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic research administration (eRA) systems
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree required; business, policy, law, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in reviewing, negotiating, and accepting non-financial research-related agreements, as well as grants and contracts
• Familiarity with electronic research administration (eRA) systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
