As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will provide internal 1st line IT Support for ProPharma staff, providing an excellent customer experience relating to incidents and faults with end-user technology equipment and services.

Essential Functions

  • Monitor and provide level 1 support within the global service desk ticketing system.
  • Triage tickets to the appropriate teams or designated technicians.
  • Monitor critical line voicemails.
  • Prioritize tickets based on system priority and urgency.
  • Ask questions to troubleshoot the nature of the problem.
  • Follow up on tickets to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Keep good records of communications with colleagues.
  • Identify and suggest areas for possible improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
