Our client is looking for a Clinical Systems / EHR Workflow Analyst / Data Engineering with strong healthcare technology and hospital systems experience. This person will help translate clinical and operational workflows into product requirements, QA feedback, and implementation guidance for our engineering and product teams.

Ideal background:
8–10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, hospital systems, EHR/EMR implementation, or clinical systems support
Hands-on implementation experience with platforms such as Epic, Cerner, SurgiNet, OpTime, HIS systems, EMR/EHR platforms, or similar hospital software
Understanding of how clinical documentation flows into billing, reporting, analytics, and operational workflows
Exposure to anesthesia, operating room, surgical, perioperative, charge capture, or revenue cycle workflows preferred
Comfortable working with product managers, engineers, data teams, and clinical stakeholders
Key responsibilities:
Translate hospital workflows into clear product and technical requirements
Work either as a front-end or back-end engineer to build out features for related products
Review product logic, alerts, reports, and workflows for accuracy and usability
Test product features and identify workflow gaps or edge cases
Help engineering teams understand how data is captured and used in real hospital settings
Support product design for tools used by clinicians, coders, administrators, and operations teams
