Graduate Analyst Programme - Healthcare Strategy & Operations

We are searching for five exceptional graduates for a 12-month accelerated programme inside live healthcare operations who want responsibility early, complexity daily, and decisions that don’t have textbook answers.

This is a bespoke programme with just five places for graduates who deliver above and beyond.

Within months, you may be asked to:

• Evaluate when and how to expand clinical capacity while protecting a 5-star patient experience
• Present analysis that challenges senior intuition
• Model the commercial and operational impact of strategic investment decisions
• Identify where process optimisation can deliver measurable gains in flow, precision and patient experience
  
  

You won't be given perfect information. You will be expected to exercise judgement.

What You Will Gain

You will work directly with operational leaders, clinicians and executives across multiple sites, contributing to decisions that shape service design, capacity planning and strategic investment.

From early in the programme, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibility, analysing complex information, forming structured recommendations and presenting insights that inform real organisational choices. This is not observational exposure; it is accountable contribution within a high-performing environment.

This programme is designed as an accelerated pathway into leadership, strategy or operational management. Over twelve months, you will develop commercial judgement, operational discipline and executive level communication skills in a setting where pace and standards are high. Selection Process

The process is intentionally rigorous and analysis-based.

At each stage (if progressed), you will be asked to interpret real-world scenarios similar to those faced in the role. We assess:

Minimum Eligibility

• Right to work in the UK immediately and for the full duration (no sponsorship offered)
• 1st class degree (any discipline; STEM backgrounds of interest)
• Graduated in either 2024 or 2025
• Willing to work three days per week on site in London
• Available to work full time
• Able to attend in-person assessment activities (if invited)
