Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, assisting members with healthcare benefits.
- Address consumer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Inform members about the status of their documents and requests.
- Achieve performance targets related to efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience with the same employer.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication abilities, adept at multitasking while remaining detail-oriented.
- Background in sales or healthcare benefits is advantageous.
- Strongly motivated with a commitment to high-quality service.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- High School diploma or equivalent is essential.
