Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify and target potential clients through various channels, including social media and industry events.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our service offerings.
- Qualify leads by engaging with prospects to ascertain their needs and how our solutions can support their objectives.
- Coordinate meetings and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain an organized and updated CRM system to track client interactions and lead information.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and the Business Development team to strategize advancements through the sales pipeline.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to marketing and product teams based on client interactions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management proficiencies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Bachelors degree or relevant work experience; a scientific background (e.g., Chemistry, Biology) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
